Jason was very knowledgeable of all products and those not in his store. He listened more than he talked (a great thing) and was an excellent communicator of the shipping process and expectations. I couldn’t envision going to another company because he was clearly customer-centric vs. business-centric.
​We tried several mattresses. Jason was very knowledgeable about each one and explained and compared them for us. He asked question about sleeping positions. His price was super competitive and he delivered the same day. My sister chose a different mattress that he had to order from the factory. Again the price was super competitive. I highly recommend Jason for mattress purchases.
Although buying a new mattress is not at the top of the list of fun things to spend time doing, Jason made the entire process incredibly easy. From the moment we walked into the store, there was never any high pressure sales pitch and no trying to steer us to any one particular mattress. Jason asked questions about our sleep positions and then suggested a few mattresses that might fit our needs. He pointed out the benefits of each and gave us time to try each one. While we had originally come in to see one of the higher-priced mattresses, Jason explained why that might not be the best option considering how we sleep. Ultimately, we chose a less expensive option that we all felt would work best for us. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to recommending Mattress Now to any of my family and friends looking for a new mattress.
