Do you offer same-day delivery?

We strive to offer same-day delivery on any in-stock items but depending on the time of purchase delivery may be scheduled the following delivery day. Some items are special ordered and will be delivered in a timely manner once the product is received from the manufacturer.

Do you offer haul away of the old mattress?

Yes. We offer haul away services for your old mattress when you make a new mattress purchase over $999. If your purchase total is under $999, then a haul away fee of $75 is charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mattress Now Savannah accepts many different forms of payment. Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and our popular financing programs. Contact us if you have any payment questions.

Do you offer any comfort exchanges?

Mattress Now Savannah works hard to find the ideal mattress and comfort level you desire but we know our process is not full proof. We offer a One-Time comfort exchange on any mattress purchase that carries a comfort exchange policy from the manufacturer. No exchanges for bedding such as sheets and protectors or adjustable bases.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on mattress, bedding or adjustable base purchases. Once an item is delivered or special ordered there are no refunds.
